1. Provider and scope
Statpur is provided by Jörg Klausewitz, trading as apptheism, Fischmarkt 17, 78462 Konstanz, Germany. Contact: [email protected]. These terms describe use of Statpur; individually agreed terms take precedence. Incorporation into a contract is subject to the applicable legal requirements. Publication alone does not change existing agreements.
2. Service and access
Statpur provides website statistics, conversions and optional attribution of confirmed Stripe revenue. Access is available by creating an account. Only websites for which the required authorisation exists may be connected. Credentials must be kept confidential, and suspected misuse should be reported to apptheism promptly.
No specific availability level or complete measurement is promised. Browser settings, filters and implementation affect results. Statpur does not replace accounting records or a payment provider's confirmation. Statutory rights relating to defects and liability remain unaffected.
3. Prices and paid services
Registration starts a free 30-day trial without any payment obligation. Without a separate subscription, the trial ends automatically. A subscription is concluded only through binding confirmation in Stripe Checkout and acceptance by apptheism; contract confirmation is sent by email. Any remaining free trial is credited and does not restart.
Starter includes 10 websites and a combined total of 50,000 events per UTC calendar month. Pageviews and conversions count as events. Collection pauses when the limit or access period ends; there are no overage charges. Stored reports remain available within the configured retention period. Uncollected events cannot be recovered retrospectively.
The price is €4.99 per month when paid monthly or €39.99 per year paid in advance, including applicable VAT. The first payment is due no earlier than the end of the trial. The initial term is one month or twelve months from the start of the paid period. Unless cancelled, the subscription continues for an indefinite period. The monthly subscription can be cancelled for the end of the current monthly period; the annual subscription for the end of the initial twelve months and thereafter at any time with no more than one month’s notice. If a renewal year was paid in advance, the amount attributable to the period after termination is refunded proportionately.
Cancellation is available through ‘Cancel contracts here’ without signing in, by email to [email protected] or through the account. Statutory requirements apply to extraordinary cancellation. Confirmation of an online cancellation is sent by email. Account deletion does not replace cancellation; a paid subscription must end before deletion. Invoices and payment methods are managed in the Stripe customer portal.
Payments are processed by Stripe. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it. Collection may pause after the paid period and a three-day grace period. Entries can be corrected in Checkout before confirmation. The contract language is the selected website language. These terms can be saved from the website; the contract confirmation contains the agreed conditions.
4. Permitted use
Access may be used within the agreed scope for owned or authorised websites. Unlawful content, bypassing access or usage limits, and interference with the service's security or availability are not permitted.
Event, page and campaign identifiers must not contain names, email addresses, other directly identifying information or sensitive content. API keys and integration secrets must not be published in publicly accessible website code.
5. Privacy and responsibility for data
The website operator is responsible for lawful integration, visitor notices and any required consent. Where apptheism processes personal data on behalf of an operator, a separate agreement under Article 28 GDPR must be concluded before processing. These terms do not replace a data processing agreement.
Content and reports remain associated with the respective account. apptheism processes submitted data to provide the agreed service; submission does not grant broader rights of use. Data categories and deletion are described in the privacy policy.
6. Ending use and restricting access
Use can be ended at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account and associated data deletion can also be requested there, subject to statutory retention duties. Available reports can be exported from the dashboard beforehand.
Where there are concrete indications of abuse or security risks, affected access may be temporarily restricted to the extent necessary. Where possible, affected users will be informed of the reason and remedy. Individually agreed termination rights remain unaffected.
7. Statutory rights and dispute resolution
Statutory liability rules apply. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
